A fun little tune I threw together the other day as part of a one hour challenge for myself. I had the chord progression and basic structure worked out beforehand (the chords are literally just the title). I set a timer for 25 minutes and started working out the drum patterns, using stock midi clips, and laid down the guitar and bass parts real quick, usually spending just a few minutes to get the part down, then recorded them in one take.

I then took a five-minute break, set the timer for another 25 minutes, then sat down and jotted down some lyrics real quick. Like the chord progression, I had a basic idea of the chorus and just spent a few minutes filling in the verse and fleshing out the whole piece. I then did one rehearsal pass, then one pass recorded, and spent about ten minutes mixing.

I may revisit this song sometime down the road with expanded verses and better lyrics, But It may just live as it is now.
